Sharon B. Hodges has been involved in genealogical research for over 30 years as a professional genealogist, teacher, lecturer, and active member of multiple national, state, and local genealogical societies. She is a graduate of the National Institute for Genealogical Research (NIGR), a past grader for the National Genealogical Society Home Study Course, past Secretary of the Virginia Genealogical Society, and past President of the Mount Vernon Genealogical Society. Sharon currently volunteers at the Lancaster Virginia Historical Society Research Library and in her free time does hired client research.
