Come join us in celebrating the opening of the Bonfire Bakery, located inside the Historic Arrow Hotel. Bring your friends and family to enjoy the unforgettable taste of melt in your mouth desserts, moist cakes, cheesecakes, scones, muffins, cookies, and many other specialty items.
Join Us in Welcoming Bailey Frey (Pastry Chef) to our Community.
Bailey Frey is a 2019 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology where she received an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science; specifically Baking and Pastry Arts. She placed first and second in cake decorating competitions. Bailey completed her internship at Country Cupboard in Lewisburg, PA where she also held a job until recently moving to Broken Bow, Nebraska.
In 2018, she was chosen and accompanied by fellow students to work at the Kentucky Derby and the Breeder's Cup at Churchill Downs, and then returned the following year in 2019. While there, she assisted with preparing gourmet meals, main dishes and dessert trays.
Bailey acquired her passion for baking at a young age when she would bake with her paternal grandmother after school. After spending many hours baking, she knew she didn't just want this to be a hobby, but rather a career.
On behalf of the Bonfire Grill & Arrow Hotel, we are thrilled to have her setting up shop under our roof, and even better right in the town square of Broken Bow. She is a talented Pastry Chef with creativity and the drive to succeed. We couldn't be happier to have her part of the Bonfire Grill & Arrow Hotel team.
