Every year, over 800 lost, abandoned, neglected, or homeless dogs and cats get assistance from TCRAS.  Mission is “Forever improving the lives of animals in our community” As a limited admission shelter, we give each companion pet that enters our doors the time, medical attention and training necessary to find a new leash on life. We do not euthanize for time or space and cared for 845 companion pets in 2017 with a save rate of 98.66% based on Asilomar data.
TCRAS is a Colorado limited-intake, non-profit shelter for abandoned, lost and surrendered cats and dogs. Located in Divide. TCRAS protects Colorado’s lost, unwanted, neglected, or abused companion animals. We provide affirmative care in a safe environment until these animals can be reunited with their caregivers or placed in loving homes.
