CHAMBER LUNCHEON NOVEMBER 19TH - State of the City Address
Join us for the Annual State of the City Address by City of Haines City, City Manager Deric Feacher.
Date: Thursday, November 19th Time : 11:45 a.m. - approx. 1 p.m. Location : Lake Eva Event Center, 799 Johns Ave., Haines City, FL 33844
Cost : $15 per person Members; $20 non-members RSVP REQUIRED: to the Chamber by Friday, November 13th or until capacity is reached.
*Please Note: Due to catering costs and an increasing number of RSVP's received that do not show up to Chamber Events, luncheon RSVP's must now be pre-paid or invoiced for the number attendees provided in the RSVP. No-shows will be charged.
Limited capacity . Masks are highly encouraged and will be available to anyone who needs one at the event. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event venue.
Food Drive at the event! Attendees please bring a non-perishable food item(s) for Parkview Housing. Food will be distributed to families in need in our community for the holidays. Each attendee that brings an item(s) will receive an additional ticket for a special door prize drawing. Items needed include: Canned goods: Ravioli, Spaghetti and meatballs, Soup, etc. Fruit cups or Jello and Pop Tarts.
Photo Booth - The Haines City library will have a photo booth available before the event with fun holiday backgrounds & more! Attendees: Come early to pose for your Free pic & it will be emailed to you!
