On April 18th, 2020, The New Mexico Autism community & Alta Mira Specialized Family Services will once again gather to feel the magic that the Ellen Reavis Race for Autism produces up close! Families, teachers, therapist, friends and neighbors just to name a few will gather at Balloon Fiesta Park and help us celebrate “Fantasyland” and celebrate the majestic beauty our community adds to our wonderful community! We are proudly partnering with Alta Mira Specialized Family Services this year and their annual KiteFest!
This year's walk will be a celebratory day of all things magical and enchanted and what makes our autism community so special Affordable Solar can be a fantastic piece!
In addition to bringing the community together, this important event helps raise necessary funds that help the New Mexico Autism Society & Alta Mira continue our vision of creating a community of acceptance, support and connection for those affected by autism throughout New Mexico. This past year alone, between community collaborations, support groups, educational workshops, community outings, resource and referral, the New Mexico Autism Society has served over 5,000 people!
Alta Mira Specialized Family Services supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the lifespan. Alta Mira is celebrating its 35th Anniversary this year of Supporting Families and Realizing Dreams in Central New Mexico in 2020!

There is a minimum $10 registration fee for Walk for Autism. Fees vary depending on what event you wish to participate in. Please keep in mind that WALK FOR AUTISM is a fundraising event for the New Mexico Autism Society and KiteFest is a fundraising event for Alta Mira Specialized Family Serices.
