This course lays the foundation of concepts and solutions in principles of project management including planning, scheduling, controlling, resource allocation, and performance measurement, among other concepts. Students apply practices authorized and advised by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and prepare for the PMP certification examination.

**Course materials will be ordered one week prior to the course starting. All registrations that take place after that time will receive their printed materials on the second week of the course.
