About the Presenter:
Karl Amlie joined Express Employment Professionals in 2013 as an Outside Sales rep, and made partner in 2015 in a new office in Forest Lake. Express joined the Chamber in 2015, and won New Business of the Year. In 2016, Karl became Lead Ambassador for the Chamber, and last year became a Chamber Board Director. The Forest Lake Express office interviewed over 1,000 job seekers in 2019, and helped nearly 200 companies with recruiting and human resource issues. Karl is an avid reader and podcast listener, and keeps himself up to date on employment trends.
