Crises often lay bare the weaknesses in our systems. They also present opportunities. The COVID-19 pandemic is no exception - revealing issues with supply chains, information systems, and organizational policies, for example, and opportunities to learn from them. In this presentation, Dr. Joseph Taylor (Associate Professor, Dept. Chair of Information Systems and Business Analytics), Dr. Yang Sun (Professor of Supply Chain Management), and Dr. Ryan Fuller (Asstant Professor of Management and Organizaitons), address how businesses can recognize risks to mitigate and minimize the effects of future crises.
