Methodist Hospital and United Health Care will host a Chinese language virtual educational lecture on Thursday, October 8. Join our Guest Speaker, Registered Dietitian Yukman Emily Chiu, for a great discussion on eating a healthy and balanced diet. During the lesson, Emily will go over how to pick foods to fill your plate for a balanced diet and will discuss foods to keep our heart strong and healthy.
