Recycle, for free, just about any item with an electrical cord or that takes a battery, including household appliances, water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, microwaves, kitchen appliances, computers, computer monitors (including CRTs), printers, keyboards, laptops, hard drives, scanners, DVDs, cell phones, pagers, fax machines, answering machines, radios, stereos, speakers, VCRs, power tools, lawn and garden equipment (yard equipment must have gas and oil removed) and LED/LCD TVs. These events are open to everyone; you do not need to be an O'Fallon resident to attend!
Free, except for the following:
Please do not bring: smoke detectors, glass lamps, light bulbs, VHS tapes or alkaline batteries.
Electronics & Appliance Recycling Event drop-off days are held 8 a.m. – Noon at the big parking lot adjacent to CarShield Field at the southwest corner of T.R. Hughes Blvd. and Tom Ginnever Ave. Please follow signage to the drop-off location.
