The Malta Chamber's Energy Efficiency & Conservation committee, chaired by Ing. Patrick Spiteri Staines, will be hosting Malta Enterprise for an information session on the 15th December 2020 over Zoom.
Many businesses in Malta fail to realise the potential which lies in making efforts to increase their energy efficiency. However, energy efficiency is the future, and is one of the objectives and directions which the European Union is pushing to meet its climate targets, while offering great potential in savings. Despite rounds of energy audits over the past few years, there is still a long way to go and many are still unaware of the potential benefits.
Investment Aid for Energy Efficiency Projects is a scheme which supports investments leading to improved energy efficiency in Malta's businesses. The assistance is intended to facilitate investments in technological solutions that provide higher energy efficiency and contribute directly towards a reduction in the energy requirements of the beneficiaries.
Malta Enterprise Chief Officer Mr. Karl Herrera will be giving a presentation on the subject.
