NAWBO-NM’s January virtual meeting will feature guest speaker Demetria Hill Sloan, who will discuss “Beyond Diversity: Stop Talking About Diversity and Start Living It - Creating Equity, Inclusion, and Acceptance.”
Data shows that despite our best intentions, Americans continue to live and work in highly segregated spaces. Here’s your chance to step into racial equity power! This workshop will help you understand what true diversity, equity, and inclusion are all about, how to identify and confront unconscious bias, and how you can create an inclusive world at work and at home.
