Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we'll be hosting an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room or pavilion. This month's occasion focusing on Valentine's Day with a Mardi Gras/ cajun twist.

-5 course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $75 person + tax & gratuity

Dinner Served: 6:30 PM

cajun stew with tomato, bell pepper, onion, crawfish, topped with crispy rice patty

Blackened Chicken & Andouille Skewers
served over red beans & rice

Blackened Trout
topped with onions, peppers, bacon, served over gruyere grits
DESSERT
Classic Beignet
drizzled with nutella and white zinfandel sauce
