Join Troy Chapter's Coffee and Connections event to hear from Donna Orf. Donna is going to talk about Toyota's diversity initiatives and programs and the impact diversity can have on collaboration.

Donna Orf is the General Manager, Administration, for Toyota’s manufacturing plants in Missouri and Tennessee. She’s been a part of Toyota for 19 years and was the first female executive at Toyota in Missouri. Her role includes oversight of human resources, accounting, safety, purchasing and production control. Previously, Donna was the manager of human resources.

Prior to her tenure with Toyota, Donna worked in human resources at MEMC Electronics and Union Pacific Technologies. A Missouri native, Donna is proud to give back to the community and currently sits on the board of the United Way of Greater St. Louis, West Region.

Donna earned her Master of Science in Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. She resides in Troy, Missouri with her husband, David, and their children, Trent and Krista.
