Speaker's Bio:
Jennifer is a thirty-year Army Veteran followed by service with Missouri’s department of economic development, veterans’ program. She has over fifteen years human resources experience and holds a Masters’ degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development with a complimenting Bachelors in Sociology. She has completed training in leadership, training development and facilitated learning.
As the Founder and CEO of Jen Wade Consulting, she provides online and local consultation to organizations experiencing high turnover, performance concerns, employee engagement or breakdown in communication. Jennifer helps maneuver culture awareness, growth, diversity, and inclusive leadership.
