Learn how to build a business that stays true to your values without getting lost in the pursuit of success, scale or growth.

What the Webinar Will Cover:
Explore organizational paradigms that go beyond business profits and innovation alone, including leading mindfully-centered relationships, understanding your role within an ecosystem, developing an intentional culture, and building your business around your purpose.  The webinar will feature interactive opportunities to clarify your values, explore what it means to practice them, and develop your own lens for growing a business with integrity. 

About the Presenter:
Allie Armitage guides business and community leaders to bring their ideas to life in a way that is aligned and emotionally aware, and embodies the purpose they seek to create. About the New Mexico Rainforest University Center:
The New Mexico Rainforest University Center provides entrepreneurial training and technical assistance at the University of New Mexico main and branch campuses. The seminars are free and open to the UNM community and the public via in person or web access, but registration is required. The University Center program is funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration to provide entrepreneurial training and technical assistance to individuals or small businesses who are looking to start or grow their idea. The Center also offers a certificate program in entrepreneurial capabilities including overt 30 topics to choose from taught by subject-matter experts and successful small business owners.
