This presentation will discuss changes to handbooks for remote work, furlough and layoff policies, quarantine and family member sick leave. Hopkins & Huebner, P.C will also discuss how to deal with conflicting Iowa v. federal laws and regulations concerning COVID-19 work requirements. They will discuss employer responsibilities for reasonable accommodation for unvaccinated workers.
