Moving Day Las Vegas - A Walk for Parkinson's

Moving Day is your chance to speak up about Parkinson’s disease and move others to take action. It is a movement for change—towards more awareness, more funding, and more understanding of a disease that affects so many of our family and friends. This event is an inspiring and empowering annual fundraising walk event that has united more than 150,000 participants around the country living with PD, their care partners, and loved ones to fight Parkinson's. Moving Day is more than just a community event. It is a celebration of movement – proven to help manage Parkinson's symptoms. Moving Day is among the largest Parkinson's events in the country and provides excellent brand exposure to thousands of people in the Parkinson's community.

We are committed to the health and safety of our supporters, volunteers and staff and will make the best local decisions regarding masks, physical distancing, crowd management, modified event layouts and contactless engagement options onsite.

The event will take place at Sunset Park (Aspen Area) on APril 30th.

• Registration at 9 am.
• Exercise Demonstrations such as Tai Chi, Power Moves, Speak Out, Dancing for Parkinson's, Drumming and more will start at 9:15 am and go throughout the event. 
• We move ceremony where we honor someone with Parkinson's, A Care Partner, and medical professionals who work with and treat people with Parkinson's starts at 10 a.m. 
• Walk starts at 10:45 am with a final waving of walker ribbons at the end of the event.
