What is a Power-of-Attorney? Do you need one, and WHEN do you need one? What about an Advanced Health Care Directive (AHCD)? Summerset is hosting an information session for guest speakers, Alex Dela Cruz and Stephen T. Hodge, who can answer these questions for you. Stephen is a local attorney and Alex is coming also to provide additional advice to veterans from American Veterans Benefits, Inc. We will be providing light refreshments for all attendees. We look forward to seeing you! Although we are planning this event in person, please let us know if you are only interested in attending virtually.
