Description:
Over the past seven months new management has purchased and begun renovating Twin Cedar Apartments located at 250 N 200 W in Vernal.
On Sep 21 we would like to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for one of our seven buildings to celebrate this project and allow us to commence renting units as availability of rental units in the Basin are slim.
We will have one of our buildings totally complete with all four units to walk-through. The exterior will be completed including landscaping.
The total project will run us another year as we have 28 units to complete. We will complete the parking lot and sidewalks at the end of the renovation next summer/fall so as not to damage the new parking lot surface with construction equipment such as dumpster etc.
