TruckTech was founded by Anderson Vieira. Mr. Vieira began his career as a diesel mechanic and hydraulic specialist. In 1999 Mr. Vieira started his first one-bay shop in Newark, New Jersey. Over the years the company would continue to grow and expanded to our current 70,000 square facility. Come visit our parts Superstore, 10 Service bays, Hydraulic Warranty Center and State-Of-The-Art Collision Shop. TruckTech is also an official DOT New Jersey state Inspection Center. We offer Road Service and part delivery to area customers.
In 2013, TruckTech purchased the assets of AG Lion rebranded to AV Hydraulics. The acquisition enables the company to expand on the growing hydraulic business. AV Hydraulics manufactures our own brand of cylinders, pumps and hydraulic components including shafts, pins, and bushings. Our skilled professionals utilize the latest equipment to product quality and affordable solutions in our State-of-the-Art hydraulic facility. We are the Official Warranty Center for Custom Hoist and Hyva.
