Struggling with health issues like high blood pressure and cholesterol imbalance, I faced the daunting prospect of medication. Refusing to accept this fate, I turned to fitness as a beacon of hope. Guided by an inspiring mentor, I embarked on a path of transformation, earning certifications and reclaiming my health. Fitness became not just a passion, but a lifeline, ultimately saving my life.
With over a decade of experience as a Functional Strength Training Coach, coupled with expertise in nutrition and holistic health, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients. Beyond mere physical transformations, I aim to instill confidence and foster holistic self-improvement. My life's purpose is clear: to educate, motivate, and empower others on their journey to abundant living. Regardless of past setbacks or current motivation levels, I am committed to providing the guidance and intensity needed for success.
