At Hero's Path Palliative Care, we believe that these children bring great value to society. We are honored to be able to walk with families and children, supporting the care plans and goals that enable the child to live their best life. We will help families achieve their goals through our palliative care services, respite, and hospice care if needed. We endeavor to provide educational and emotional support to siblings and other family members as we care for some of the most amazing heroes this world has seen!
Hero's Path Palliative Care desires to bring home-based pediatric palliative care to New Mexico. We hope to support children with serious illness and their families. Our logo was thoughtfully designed with these children in mind.
