• The homes are HUD-approved and do not require being plan checked by local building departments, therefore, the permitting process is much shorter than for stick-built homes.

• The manufactured homes are built in factories by trained professionals under strict Quality Control (HUD and HCD standards)

• Our in-house engineers can develop site-specific plans to fit our clients’ budgets and provide the best utilization of their land.
