CVAACC builds wealth in the Black community by recycling dollars

Central Virginia African American Chamber of Commerce provides leaderships for the growth and development of black owned businesses. CVAACC encourages business and community prosperity by promoting economic programs designed to increase the number of times that dollars circulate within the black community.
