We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales leader to help improve and lead our client consultation process. This role focuses on increasing consultation conversions, coaching the team on consultative sales techniques, and improving the overall client experience. You’ll work closely with leadership to refine the client journey—from first contact through consultation—using data, coaching, and process improvements.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales strategy, coaching teams, and improving systems, rather than handling high-volume transactional sales.

What You\'ll Do:
Improve and oversee the client consultation and intake process
Increase consultation conversion rates
Coach attorneys and staff on consultative sales techniques
Develop and improve consultation scripts and frameworks
Strengthen objection handling and trust-building
Improve consultation show rates and follow-up systems
Analyze key sales metrics and identify growth opportunities
Report performance insights directly to leadership

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales or business development experience
2+ years coaching or managing a team
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience using CRM systems and sales dashboards
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Comfortable working with performance metrics and analytics
Nice to Have:
Experience in professional services (legal, consulting, finance, healthcare)
Experience improving sales processes or consultation systems
Work Environment:
Full-time, in-office role
No travel required
Reports directly to the CEO
