Details:
Perfect Cleaning Service LLC is seeking a reliable, organized and professional Hr Manager to oversee Human Resources operations with the company. Hr Team count with a part time remote coworker. Hr manager is responsible for managing the employee process, from recruitment and hiring to onboarding, attendance, tracking, employee relations and disciplinary procedures. Hr manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Hr related matters and will work closely with management and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:
This a key leadership position within the company and requires strong communication skills, problem solving abilities, organization, and the ability follow and enforce company procedures consistently.
Previous Human resources or office management experience, Bilingual, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, computer skills and experience with Microsoft office, email and office systems.

Comments:
Start $22 after three months training and passed a hr procedures test $25
