Welcome to RAIN Catalysts, a 501(c)(3) global non-profit organization headquartered in Albany, Oregon. Founded and led by experienced entrepreneurs and local ecosystem builders, RAIN is dedicated to breaking down barriers to entrepreneurship and innovation, particularly for underrepresented populations and communities. Since our inception in 2014, we have been invited to collaborate with 52 communities across Oregon and Washington, as well as four cities in Pakistan, to cultivate inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems and foster innovation economies. Our approach is community-centered and investigative, emphasizing active engagement with local stakeholders, asset mapping, and tailored programming to address the unique needs of each community's entrepreneurs.
