About Early Learning Coalition of Flagler & Volusia
Officially, we’re called The Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia Counties, Inc. but we know that’s a bit of a mouthful, so we just go by ELCFV. We’re a nonprofit organization managing the School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs in both counties.
Simply put, we’re your go-to resource for everything related to early learning and child development in our community.
