Because residents cannot have visitors we want to...
"Shower the Love” with a beautiful blooming plant or spring floral arrangement to all of the nursing home residents of Pope County!
Our goal is to “Shower the Love” to all 227 residents between Glenwood Retirement Village, Parkview Court, Glenwood Estates, Ridgewood Villa, Minnewaska Lutheran Home, Glacial Trails Memory Care and Holly Ridge Manor!
A donation of $20 will get a blooming plant or bouquet delivered to one resident. Uptown Florist will provide free delivery service, design time and will include sales tax in the donation. Senders can remain anonymous, or have their signature added with a cheerful greeting on the card.

Community Announcements
Pope County Mobile
Food Drop
The next Mobile Food Drop will be held on Tuesday, April 14, at Glenwood United Parish, 10 17th Ave NW, Glenwood. Registration will be online and food distribution is from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Please bring boxes to carry your food.
The Mobile Food Drop is a monthly food distribution event. Anyone who eats and lives in Pope County is able to utilize this program.
This monthly event is made possible by the United Way of Pope and Douglas Counties.
If you have community closures, cancellations or announcements, please send them to the Chamber to be included in all communications.
