Take the Pope County Cares Pledge Today!

During these unprecedented times, we want to keep the safety of our community on the forefront.  The Pope County Cares Pledge and window cling were created as a cooperative effort of the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber & Welcome Center and Glacial Ridge Health System after consultation with Horizon Public Health as a way of increasing consumer confidence, welcoming and reassuring our guests, and celebrating our hardworking business owners and employees across the county.

Businesses who sign onto the Pope County Cares Pledge receive the following free benefits:

  • Free window cling to proudly display at your business
  • Listing on glenwoodlakesarea.org/Pope-County-Cares-Pledge, including a link to your website or Facebook page
  • Post highlighting your business on FaceBook with a link to your website
  • Recognition of your efforts to protect and effectively serve customers during COVID-19

To be eligible for your free Pope County Cares Pledge benefits, businesses must:

  • Read the Pope County Cares Pledge and certify that you will follow the pledge
  • Sign the Pope County Cares Pledge document, or fill out the pledge form online
  • Post your Pope County Cares Pledge window cling publicly at your business
  • Educate staff on the Pledge, and keep open lines of communication regarding COVID-19 best practices
