The 2nd Annual Newcomers Get-Together
This event was held at the Glenwood City Park on Thursday, June 10th. Over 60 people attended the picnic supper catered by the Minnewaska House Brewing Co. & Grill. Thank you to our Sponsors of the Picnic Supper and the "Music in the Park" concert, American Solutions for Business and Glacial Ridge Health System!
Pictured are the door prize winners: Brad Stevens - Gift Certificate sponsored by Uptown Florist; James Joyce - Pool Pass sponsored by GrandStay Hotel & Suites; Amanda Knettel -,Gift Certificate sponsored by Minnewaska House Brewing Co. & Grill. All kids attending received a free "Kids Cone" coupon for the Glenwood Dairy Queen.

Community Announcements
Pope County Mobile
Food Drop
The next Mobile Food Drop will be held on Tuesday, July 13th at Glenwood United Parish, 10 17th Ave NW, Glenwood.
Registration will be online or over the phone. Please call 320-834-7800.
Distribution times will be later in the day to allow for pre-packing the groceries
Participants will remain in their vehicles and through the parking lot (at their assigned time given to them following registration).
Participants will load their groceries that have been pre-packed, and drive away.
The Mobile Food Drop is a monthly food distribution event. Anyone who eats and lives in Pope County is able to utilize this program.
This monthly event is made possible by the United Way of Pope and Douglas Counties.
City of Glenwood Temporary Website Address Change
Due to server issue, the city website, www.ci.glenwood.mn.us is not currently working. A new temporary website address is www.CityofGlenwood.com until the issue is resolved. If you have any further questions please call city hall weekdays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 320-634-5433.
