Chamber Member Testimonials “Since becoming members of the Chamber, our lakeshore owners have been able to visit our TCS page to see the latest news articles and upcoming events that are sponsored by the AVL. This has all been possible with the help of the Chamber by creating and designing our TCS page. Thank you the Chamber for a professional platform to showcase our Association, and for all the help along the way!”

The Grow Glenwood Committee, Glenwood & Beyond and the Glenwood Lakes Area Welcome Center will hold two "Community Days of Caring" (Clean-Up Days) Thursday, July 15 and Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
This is a way for our community to help our entire city look it's best for our summer festival, Waterama and again as we near the fall and winter seasons. Everyone is welcome to participate. Several businesses/volunteers are working on their zones. New mulch will be placed in the amenity zones on Wednesday, July 14th, so we would ask volunteers to look for any debris or stray weeds to pull. We will also clean up debris and weeds two blocks north and south on Franklin Street, and in the Glenwood & Beyond Nodes. Volunteers can meet at the Welcome Center & Chamber building located at 7 First Street NW, Glenwood, at 3:45 p.m. to coordinate areas being worked on. Work gloves (donated by Ace Hardware of Glenwood), garbage bags and water will be provided while supplies last. Participants are encouraged to bring their own kneeling pads, and any other gardening tools. We appreciate your willingness to help out!
