This has been an unsettling time for all in Plumas County with the Gold Complex and Park fires. With this in mind, the foundation will be offering Sally Yosts’ original, 2008 “Drakesbad Campground” as a live auction item with monies raised going to the Wildfire Relief Fund. This fund was established within five days of the Dixie Fire and has raised over $1 million. A grant of $2500 has already been given to Plumas Rural Services for those in need.
If you haven’t gotten your ticket to join us for a “swell time,” visit https://almanorfoundation.org/our-events/. If you would like to donate to the wildfire fund, go to https://almanorfoundation.org/wildfire-relief-fund/
