What are we up to?

Welcome to our new Administrative Director, Brianna Swofford!

"I am excited to be the new Administrative Director for the Quincy Chamber of Commerce. I have relocated from Bakersfield, CA and have many years of experience in business, marketing, social media, event planning, and theatre! I am also an employee at Dramaworks & West End Theatre here in Quincy. I have a lot of love for the outdoors, philanthropy, and the arts. I am thrilled to be here and look forward to the progress of our Chamber members and community. Thank you Quincy for the warm welcome!"

Many, many thanks to Sierra Bella Lanes for hosting such a wonderful mixer!

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding.

Their new Lot 31 is ready to be the hottest new hangout in town, so be sure to stop by!

Our next meeting is Wednesday, October 2nd, at 6:30 am at Feather Publishing.  Interested in sitting in or calling in?  Send us an email to info@quincychamber.com.

Safe Trick-or-Treat is happening on October 31st, and we are in need of adult volunteers to help with traffic control.  Interested?  Give us a call at (530) 394-0541 or send us an email.  Shoutout to Grocery Outlet for sponsoring it again this year!  We are also doing our Treasure Map again this year, so if you are outside the downtown corridor let us know if you want to be included.

Further down the road: Black Friday/Small Business Saturday (November 29th and 30th) and Sparkle (December 6th).  We will be doing our shopping flyers again this year, so let us know what your business hours will be, and if you'll have any specials or sales happening.

We are actively seeking sponsors for Sparkle.  Interested?  Give us a call at (530) 394-0541 or email us at info@quincychamber.com.

Inaugural Trailfest Starts Today

Join us for the inaugural Mountains to Meadows Trailfest, a four-day, end-of-the-season festival in Quincy, California, celebrating trails and community and benefiting the work of the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship.

Dig in the dirt on Mount Hough during the day, join the Poker Run/Ride showcasing some of the best trails in the Lost Sierra, then revel the night away with the Pixie Cross World Championships, family and late-night skate parties, food trucks, a beverage garden, campfires and music on the main stage!

Celebrate the end of the trailbuilding season with Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship and be a part of their mission to revitalize Lost Sierra mountain towns, using trails as the tool. Proceeds from festival passes will directly benefit SBTS and Connected Communities , a project in partnership with land managers to connect 15 rural Lost Sierra towns with multi-use singletrack.
