President's Message - Dear Members,
As we start the new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on our achievements and share my excitement for the opportunities that lie ahead. Our Chamber of Commerce continues to thrive, thanks to your commitment and dedication to our communities and local businesses.
Looking back, the past year was filled with memorable events that strengthened our network and advanced our mission. Among the highlights were our successful three pillar events – the Heart of the Community Awards Dinner, Golf Scramble, and Santa’s on the Loose 5K, each bringing members and residents together in celebration and support of our vibrant communities.
We ended the year with an exciting step forward by creating a new name and logo along with fresh branding that not only updates our look but also recognizes the four communities represented within our Chamber of Commerce. This new identity symbolizes our unity and commitment to serving each unique area and sets the tone for a dynamic future together. I am pleased to share that we have already brought some of our new marketing materials to many businesses in Shrewsbury, and we will continue to expand these efforts to Webster Groves, Rock Hill and Brentwood this spring.
|
|
|
Another new initiative this year will be hosting Business Exchange Networking Events in each of the four communities. The first event will be held at My Place in Shrewsbury on Thursday, 2/26 from 5-7pm. And the second event will take place at the Brentwood Community Center on Wednesday, March 11th from 5-7pm. Please continue to check the Chamber website for future dates for those events in Webster Groves and Rock Hill.
Our Women’s Own Networking Group had an exceptionally successful luncheon in February with 115 guests at Westborough Country Club and a fireside chat led by Tova Feinberg of VeritGreens, featuring Maxine Clark of Build-a-Bear and Delmar DivINe. Maxine’s stories, insights and experiences truly connected and inspired our members and guests. She certainly set the bar high for the rest of the year.
The Chamber’s mission remains focused on supporting our members through personal growth, networking and purpose with an overall goal of promoting economic development in our communities. Everyone is at different points on their journeys, both personal and professional, and there is most definitely someone in the Chamber to meet you where you are currently. Your participation in our events and initiatives is what makes our organization inviting, welcoming and successful. I encourage each one of you to jump in and get involved. Take a chance and see where the combination of service and connection can take you.
Thank you all for your ongoing support. I wish each of you a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year. And I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events and working together to make 2026 our best year yet. Warm regards,
- Holly Drabik President, The Quad Chamber of Commerce |

| Executive Director's Message -
This month I celebrate my second full year as your Executive Director of the QUAD Chamber of Commerce, I’ve spent time reflecting on what a Chamber of Commerce truly needs to be for its membership to thrive.
At its core, a chamber is a gathering. Commerce is the exchange of goods and services. But today, the QUAD strives to be something more: your trusted source for resources both big and small, and for referrals of every kind. In a world that feels increasingly transactional, relationships still matter, and that’s where we lead.
Culture is everything. Warm, authentic, and inclusive—this is the heartbeat of the QUAD. We like to call it the “QUAD Hug.” It’s the feeling you get when you walk into a room and know you belong.
I’m proud to share that we’ve surpassed 300 members. While that’s an exciting milestone, it’s not about quantity, it’s about quality. Engagement is job one, and the numbers reflect it. Lunch & Connections now averages 50 members, Coffee & Connections has grown to 40, and our Women’s Networking Group consistently draws 45 attendees. Thank you for being part of our QUAD chamber. Together, we are indeed a community that connects deeply, and continues to support each other and grow together. - Jerry Rosen, Executive Director |

| Administrative Director's Message -
As I reflect on the past few months, I continue to be inspired by the warm welcome I’ve received from our members and the community. Your kindness, openness, and enthusiasm have made this transition both meaningful and energizing.
Serving as your Administrative Director has truly been a pleasure. Together, we’ve accomplished a great deal in a short time; always with the goal of enhancing your experience with the Chamber. Over these past months, we’ve introduced new marketing materials, introduced our webinar series, improved our online directory to enhance member SEO, changed service providers, and implemented small but impactful changes such as noting dietary restrictions during event registration.
We’ve also seen more members taking full advantage of their benefits, including sustaining member email blasts and social media spotlights, member event calendar submissions, and press releases featured on our website. Watching you engage more deeply with these tools has been one of the highlights of my role so far. Working through these updates has given me the chance to get to know many of you and your businesses on a deeper level. I’m grateful for every conversation, every idea, and every opportunity to collaborate. - Tim Keil, Administrative Director |

| Chamber Connections in ACTION!
Creating connections and partnerships are what we do! Here is a testimonial from 5stone Construction who recently partnered with fellow chamber member FASTSIGNS, a connection made through the Quad Chamber of Commerce! "5stone has always wanted job site signage for the obvious marketing value. More importantly, it signals to neighbors that construction is underway and clearly identifies who to contact if there are any concerns.
The challenge was finding a sign that actually reflects the standard of work we provide. We came across one in a yard that inspired us, sent it to Isao at FASTSIGNS, and he brought this version to life. It may have been the first run of this specific style, but either way, we’re very pleased with the results" |
