As we begin planning for the 2025-26 school year, we would like to reach out and ask if there are any community activities, events, or initiatives where our chapter could assist or get involved. Whether it’s volunteering at events, lending a hand with projects, or helping promote local causes, we are always looking for ways to make a positive impact and gain real-world experience.
The Ottawa FFA Officer Retreat is scheduled for August 4th and 5th, during which we will plan our calendar and major activities for the upcoming year. If you have any events or ideas where you believe the FFA could help, it would be incredibly helpful to receive that information before August 4th so it can be shared with our officer team during the planning process. |

General description: Provide essential administrative and clerical support, handling tasks like answering phones, managing files, ordering supplies, and assisting with various office duties to ensure smooth operations. |
Part time assisting, back office, in podiatric medical office in Ottawa, KS. Monday and Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm (1 hour for lunch)
Wednesday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (After training is completed)
Multi-faceted role will include patient care, assisting in office procedures, processing instruments, processing digital x-rays. Training will be provided. This role will also include ordering supplies, stocking rooms, calls to insurance companies, scanning documents, scheduling, entering patient data in electronic medical record.
Requires experience using Windows, Microsoft Word, Internet. Training on office electronic medical record software will be provided. Experience in healthcare related field is necessary. Applicant must be business oriented and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.

This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Production with scheduling the Production Superintendents, Building Crews and Sub-Contract crews through daily contact with the QSI Subcontractors.
