Live Music, and Local Pints: The Brewing Lair is Back for
the Season
As we gear up for the warmer months, this week’s spotlight
shines on The Brewing Lair. Owners Susan
and Rich DeLano have transformed 15 acres of forested land
in Blairsden into a true Lost Sierra outdoor paradise. It
isn't just a 15-barrel brewery—it's a destination.
Visitors are encouraged to pack up the kids, the dog, and
a picnic, and spend the afternoon enjoying craft beers,
playing lawn games, and hitting the custom disc golf
course winding through the trees.
Fairweather Season is Here! Starting
May 1, the Lair officially kicks off its full fairweather
season with all the outdoor staples we love:
-
Expanded Hours: They are now open every
day from Noon until "Darkish" (around 7:00 or
8:00 pm).
-
Good Eats: The Ricochet Food Truck is
back in action on-site, serving up great food to pair
with your pints.
-
Music in the Meadows: The highly
anticipated live music series returns! Bring your
blankets and chairs to enjoy great bands playing on the
outdoor stage.
Where to Find Their Beer Can't
make the drive out to the woods today? You can still
support them locally. Ask for their beer on tap at these
spots:
- Grizzly Grill
- Pangaea Café & Pub
- Leon & Roy's Pizzeria
- BoxCar Pub
- Headwaters Bistro
The Swag Shack If you want to
represent the Lair wherever you go, be sure to visit their
on-site Swag Shack! It offers a beautiful selection of
locally crafted goods and brewery gear. They even have
"Mystery Merch Boxes" available right now, so
you can grab a beer and enjoy a fun surprise.
