LCYC is excited to partner with JDAI to bring The Parent Project to Lagrange County. It is a time-tested parenting class, from which any parent would benefit, but it is tailored for parents with difficult children. Parenting is hard and most of us need help when things get complicated, Parent Project can help! This is a 10 week course, beginning on Sunday April 12, 2026 and every Sunday except for Labor Day weekend, through June 21, 2026 from 4pm- 7:30 pm. Dinner for the family and childcare are included. Celebrate life and remember loved ones at this family-friendly and fun event on May 2, 2026. All proceeds from Ribbon Walk stay in your community to help ease the physical, emotional, and financial burdens on people and families affected by cancer.
Once registered, round up your family and friends, form a team, invite family and friends to join you, and raise donations together. On May 2, celebrate and walk with everyone to honor the people close to you who are touched by cancer.
Registration is free, and we encourage you, your team members, and your supporters to donate to help families affected by cancer. Raise $35 by April 27 to receive your commemorative t-shirt!
Ribbon Walk is on May 2, 2026, from 9-11 a.m. at Cancer Services, 6316 Mutual Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46825.
This is your chance to create a lasting legacy in Lagrange County for years to come. We are auctioning the naming rights for the park across the street from Spreuer Park (not associated with LaGrange County Parks Department). Starting bid is $50,000. We are also auctioning several other items leading up to the main event. There will be a taco bar served and the night will be filled with delightful piano music played by Adam Marchand.
