The Chamber is busy organizing its 14th Annual Arts Festival for Thursday, March 12, 2020 at The Chamber located in the train depot at 106 Walnut Ave. North in Leesburg.  This event will include a juried art show and sale, Artist Reception, and Business After Hours.  The Business After Hours will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the reception and awards program starting at 7:00 p.m.  The Artist’s Awards will be given to winners in the categories of Art & Photography.
The Art & Photography will be on display for viewing on March 11th, 12th, 13th, 16th & 17th  from 9AM - 4PM.

This is an exciting community event that brings people together to support both cancer patients and survivors right here in Southwest Georgia.  The morning will feature vendor booths, a lip syn battle, Zumba, prize giveaways, and a 2.34 walk beginning at the beautiful Meredyth Place campus. Invite your family, friends, and/or co-workers to be a part of the this wonderful event.  This event will benefit qualified cancer patients of Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Saturday, April 4, 2020 7:30 P.M. Join the Albany Symphony as we join the worldwide celebration of the 250th birthday of one of classical music's greatest composers, Ludwig van Beethoven. Joining the orchestra will be pianist Do-Yung Kim and the combined university choruses from South Georgia for a rare performance of Beethoven's exuberant Choral Fantasy. Written for piano solo, orchestra, solo sextet, and chorus; the work includes a joyful text celebrating life, beauty, and spirit of happiness. It is set to a melody that foreshadows the famous "Ode to Joy" in his 9th Symphony. This birthday bash showcases a sampling of works from throughout Beethoven's creative periods.
