From November 1 to December 30, for every $10 you spend at a participating business in Rockaway Beach, Garibaldi, or Wheeler, you get an entry to win local gift certificates. If you haven’t entered yet: shop at your favorite local store or dine out at a local restaurant, save your receipt(s), fill out the entry form (available at the Visitor Center Caboose & online), and drop it off or email it in by December 29.
