Do you have a child working to improve their reading skills? Bring your child to the Sandy Library to read to Tanis! Tanis will be in the Sandy Library children’s area, and he would love it if you read him your favorite book! Read to the Dog is a great way for your child to practice their reading in a fun environment. We are partnering with DoveLewis’ Portland Area Canine Therapy Teams program to offer interactive reading sessions for readers looking to develop their confidence in reading aloud with a furry companion.

The BITE (Business Impact Through Education) takes place the 4th Wednesday of the month, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Dick Hannah Ford & Chevrolet in the Accessories building.
Thanks to a generous sponsorship from Dick Hannah, members can enjoy lunch and the presentation for just $10 (regular price: $20). Non-members: $30.
Doors open at 11:30 AM for food service and networking, with the presentation beginning at 12:00 PM.
The BITE, formally known as Lunch & Learn, is as an Educational Opportunity for the attendees. This is an opportunity to share about your business or a skill that you believe will help fellow community members and business owners grow. Past topics for these one hour presentations have included Social Media, Financial Planning, Marketing, Personal Development and much more. Advanced registration and payment is required.
