Ready to gain more confidence in your golf game?! NINE AND WINE LADIES EVENTS are perfect for ladies looking to try golf for the first time or have 2-3 years of experience playing. These events include group instruction that introduce participants to the game in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. Expect tips, games, wine, appetizers and a good time!

Join us for an indoor round of 9 holes of golf or play games on the golf simulators. Instruction and tips will be led by Allie Wilson, PT, DPT, OCS, TPI, Owner and Founder of Capacity Physical Therapy and Wellness. As a TPI Certified provider, Allie will assess your Body-Swing Connection to help improve your game and keep your body in alignment to avoid injury.

These events are limited in capacity. Attend one, two or all three events, which will help build your confidence and game on the green.

Don’t have golf clubs? No problem, we’ll have sets on hand for you to try. Non-alcoholic wine and drink options will be available

🎸 Ready for a night of fun? Join us for Rock & Roll Bingo on November 15 at The Heights in Richmond Heights! 🎶 Doors open at 6 PM, games start at 7 PM.

Enjoy free drinks, you are welcome to bring your own snacks or beverages of your choice.  Payment that evening is $30 per person, you are allowed to use your phone to help with the music bingo, and many genres played not just rock and roll!
