| 4/26/2024 |  The Housing Authority of the City of Elizabeth cordially invites you to attend our 2nd Annual Scholarship Gala on April 26, 2024, at Kean University STEM Building. This year, we will honor community organizations that, through their partnerships, have significantly impacted our community. Proceeds from the gala will go to HACE’s scholarship fund, where we award scholarships to deserving residents of HACE and the City of Elizabeth. You can read more about last year's recipients here.
