Join us for our August Learning Luncheon to hear from Bill Hulterstrom, CEO of United Way of Utah County. With over four decades of leadership experience, Bill will share powerful insights into how businesses can play a vital role in building a stronger, more resilient Utah County through collaboration, innovation, and community engagement.

From workforce readiness and digital inclusion to early education and public-private partnerships, Bill will highlight the real impact local businesses can make—and how United Way’s newest community centers in American Fork, Provo, and Payson are helping lead the way. If you're looking for ways to align your business goals with meaningful service and social impact, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.

Do you struggle to let others help? Or maybe it's your boss who still does everything herself? Whether you're the Lead or the Right Hand, come learn practical tools and a new mindset for delegation.

Heather Stone is a four-time company president, two-time business owner, and an award-winning instructor. Her business, Practical PhD, helps companies structure and manage that important second-in-command role. When CEOs and founders figure out how to have another top leader in the room, they are finally able scale, sell, or step away.

Heather has spoken for the Women Presidents Organization, Young Presidents Organization, Vistage, and TEC. She has taught her Getting the Right Hand Right and Delegate Without Fear workshops to more than sixty executive groups this year in the US and Canada. She earned a Top Performer Speaker Award in 2024 from the Vistage CEO network.

Heather has a PhD in organizational communication and an MBA. She is the author of two upcoming books. Heather is based in Utah, and her husband, Kelly, is on the Board of Directors for the American Fork Chamber of Commerce.
