PSD Winter Extravaganza

Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025
Time:10:00 am- 2:00 pm
Important Information:
-Access to set up spaces (table/booth): 7:30 am - 8:45 am (completed no later than 8:45 AM.
-Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down (by 2:00 pm) of spaces (booth/table).
-Registration due for Non Profit Vendors: 11/25/2025 at 4:00 pm
-Registration Deadline/Due Date for For Profit Vendors: 11/20/2025 by 4:00 pm
-Any vendor who has not RSVP'd by 11/25/25 at 4:00 PM., will be given an alternate space if available.
-Vendors will need to supply their own power source if necessary (portable generator).
-All vendors will receive a confirmation notice regarding participation/space. Please do not just show up.
