Veteran's Parade and Ceremony

Sponsored by Infinity Hospice Care.  We honor Veterans.  We are reaching out to inquire if your organization would like to join us in honoring the Lakeview Terrace and Homestead assisted living veterans.

We will begin the celebration with a vehicle parade!  The goal is to have all decorated/participating vehicles drive through a designated area showing support and appreciation to the veterans.  Participating vehicles are not expected to hand out items, however, may do so if they choose to.

To complete the celebration, we will provide certificates, pins and additional memorabilia to honor the veterans for their service.  During this portion, your organization may also choose to honor the veterans with their own memorabilia, small tokens of appreciation, or works of appreciation and/or kindness.

Any additional ceremony events will be added to the agenda as they are confirmed.
If your organization would like to participate in the Veterans Day Celebration or if you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Best Dam Wine Walk - Glow Walk

#BestDamWineWalk On the 2nd Saturday of each month (excl. May - Aug) Boulder City’s Historic District becomes flooded with both locals and tourists looking to explore the beautiful historic district, meet some amazing business owners and make some new Best Dam Wine Walk friends. Tickets are $25 (plus applicable eventbrite fees) per person if puchased online. $30 at the Door.

Each month has a special theme that participants are encouraged to dress up around. As they explore the shops and make their way around town one of the businesses will be judging the theme participants and 1 lucky winner is revealed on our Best Dam Wine Walk Facebook page each month. The prize is provided by the Theme Judge from that month.

We also have a App/Map winner pulled each event. The lucky winner receives 2 #BestDamWineWalk glasses at the next wine walk they attend. What does an App/Map mean? We have created a mobile friendly app that allows you to “check in” at each stop simply by scanning the QR code at each participating location. Everyone who checks in at each stop is entered for a chance to win as long as they have filled in their email address so we can contact them : ).

PLEASE NOTE: The check-in location is My 4 Sons Comics at 1308 Wyoming St, and is only open to purchase your wristband and glass from 4:00 - 6:30pm. Event runs from 4:00 - 8:00pm.

Looking forward to seeing you out and about in Boulder City!
