The vision of Healthy Baker is to bring together community partners, community champions, and community leadership working side by side to address health disparities, provide solutions to health barriers, and promote and improve the health and wellbeing for all residents of Baker County. With your input and partnership, we aim to make Baker County the healthiest county in the State.
