| 2/28/2026 | Teravalis™ Launches “Taste of Teravalis” Community Event Series Monthly concert series invites community to experience live music, local food, and tour 20 model homes PHOENIX – Teravalis, a Howard Hughes community in Buckeye, is proud to launch Taste of Teravalis, a new community event series designed to welcome residents, neighbors, and future homeowners into Arizona’s newest master planned community. The first event will take place Saturday, February 21, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Windrose Park, and will feature live entertainment from local band Soulitify, Crave Hot Dogs and BBQ food truck, and family-friendly activities. While onsite, guests can also tour 20 model homes from seven homebuilders. Created as an open invitation to explore and connect, Taste of Teravalis offers visitors the opportunity to experience the community’s growing energy while getting a firsthand look at the diverse home styles and 55 floor plans, neighborhoods, and amenities now open within the community’s inaugural village, Floreo.
