Wild Game Feast - Grace Fellowship Church Buckeye
Dear Marketing Department, 
We are excited to announce our upcoming Wild Game Feast and Sportsman’s Expo at Grace Fellowship Church, and we would love to invite your support for this special event! Our Mission is to spread the Love of Jesus to the sportsman’s community.  
During the expo we will be having outdoor demonstrations a wild game lunch, along with special guest speaker Bryan Schwartz (Pastor and former NFL Linebacker) we will host a raffle for those who attend, and we are currently seeking donated items or gift baskets to include in the raffle. We will be having an additional raffle for the children who are in attendance. All donors will be recognized at the event, and it’s a great way to promote your business or organization while supporting a meaningful cause.  
Additionally, we are offering booth space at the expo for those who would like to showcase their products, services, or share outdoor and sportsman-related resources. If you or your organization are interested in setting up a booth, we’d love to reserve a space for you.  
Booths can be rented for a fee of $75.00 for the day. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, and all necessary supplies.  
 
Buckeye Local Business's booth fee will be waved please put code  buckeyebusiness in the coupon section on the payment page.
 
We will provide our 501(c)(3) for tax-deductible donations and booth rent.

This event brings together families, outdoor enthusiasts, and members of our community for a time of fellowship, great food, fun – and your participation would make it even more meaningful!
